Signiant Media Shuttle is a solution for accelerated transfer of large files. It has no file size limits and can be accessed from any web browser.
HOW TO SETUP YOUR MEDIA SHUTTLE ACCOUNT
This is specific to the production share portals, which allows multiple users to upload & download files to & from like we used to do with Catapult (FTP).
You’ll first need to be added as a member (requested by production). You’ll then receive a Media Shuttle email notification that provides a link to the portal. The URL will be <Shuttle Name>.mediashuttle.com. Your permissions will vary depending on what’s been requested, but we typically give everyone the upload, download, and file operations permissions as default unless stated otherwise.
Once you have clicked the link that is sent to you, you’ll be able to set your account password which is required to login to the portal. You can always reset your account password if forgotten:
Once you have logged into the portal, you’ll be able to manage the folder structure according to your needs. You can search for specific files using the search function located at the top of the interface: 
HOW TO UPLOAD MULTIPLE FILES
You can either use the portals with or without the Signiant App. This app works as more of an addon in combination with Media Shuttle, and cannot be opened on your computer as an interface. It creates a direct connection from the web portal to your computer which allows you to transfer multiple files at once via high speed transfer.
