How to use Teradici on Mac

Firstly, you’ll need to download the required program for Mac. This will be the installer.

1. Download the installer from the link above. Run pcoip-client_25.10.2.dmg and enter your Mac Admin credentials to finalise the installation.

2. Open the Anywhere PCoIP Client Program & locate to the
Add Connection‘ option.

3. You’ll then be promoted to adjust your system security preferences (first time installation). Open your system preferences

4. Locate to the ‘Accessibility’ tab and unlock the panel (Fig B)

5. Enter your Mac Admin credentials to continue.

6. Tick PCoIPClient within the Privacy Tab (Fig D)

7. Click the lock once more to save changes.

Locate back to the PCoIP Client. You can now enter the Hostname teradici.windfallpost.com. You can name the connection anything you’d like – usually the edit crate you are on. (This is for your benefit)

8. Once you have added the connection, you can click on
the
connection under whatever name you wrote.

9. You’ll then be promoted to connect. You’ll need to select Connect Insecurely

10. You’ll be promoted with another page, where you’ll need to enter the credentials for the edit suite.

An example would be:

Username: edit.07
Password: Hello World

11. Click the name under saved connections and the session should launch. Give it a moment to connect and calibrate to your display size.

OPTIONAL – If the broker (teradici.windfallpost.com) doesn’t work, you can download the VPN and connect with the Hostname that correspondes to the machine you are on (without a dot). An example of this for Edit 7 would be edit07.
