Navigate to the project space and open the Unity Attic folder and locate your avid project. Open the bin folder and locate the name of the bin you’re looking for. The attic will have a number of the bins you’re after depending on how many back up it creates, copy the desired bin onto your avid project and change it to .avb, this will turn into an avid bin that you can open in media composer.
Editshare Space > Unity Attic > Project > Bins > Desired Attic bin
